Badal involved in planning of military attack on Golden Temple, exposed by secret letters and secret meetings Amritsar: Patron of Khalra Mission Organization Bibi Paramjit Kaur Khalra, President Harmandeep Singh Sarhali, Vice President Virsa Singh Behlan, Spokesman Satwinder Singh Plasour, Central Committee Member Satwant Singh Manak said in a press release here today that Shri Darbar Sahib and Fauji.  The attack was carried out by Hindutva forces (Indira Gandhi, BJP, RSS) to quell a five-century-old animosity towards Sikhs.

 The statement said that on April 25, 1984, Sant Longowal met Indira Gandhi’s private secretary R.K.  He had written a secret letter to Dhawan asking him to finalize a secret plan for a military strike.
 Longowal wrote, “Sant Bhindrawala is not slowing down. We have to do what we have planned and Mr. Parkash Singh Badal has already discussed this plan with you in detail. Bhindrawala’s men fled on seeing the army.”  He will probably run away too. “
 In a similar vein, he said that when the army laid siege to the Golden Temple, Logonwal expressed his hostility and said, “Tell him (Bhindranwale) that his guests have arrived.”  Seven secret letters were written to Indira Gandhi and several secret meetings were held.  The Khalra Mission said that Sant Bhindrawalia himself had admitted that a conspiracy had been hatched to assassinate him three times, but God did not allow it to happen.  The last conspiracy to assassinate Sant Bhindrawalia on April 14, 1984 by paying Rs 50 lakh was hatched by Office Secretary Gurcharan Singh on the instructions of Longowal-Badalkas.  The conspiracy also failed but Surinder Singh Sodhi, a close associate of the saints, was assassinated.
 He said that this sin was exposed again when the Badalkas had approached Ramesh Inder Singh in DC for giving written permission for military attack on Golden Temple.  Helped to appoint, as Mr. Gurdev Singh Brar D.C.  Amritsar had refused to give written permission to the army to enter the Golden Temple and they had gone on leave.  Mr. Badal paid homage to Ramesh Inder Singh by appointing him as Chief Secretary and Chief Information Officer in the Badal Government.
 The Badalkas erased all traces of the devastation caused by the military offensive.  The Khalra Mission said that the Jalliawala Bagh incident took place in 1919, its investigation was carried out by the Hunter Commission, the culprits were convicted and the marks are still preserved.
 The Khalra Mission said that this was not the first time that the Badals had committed this sin.
 Khalra Mission leaders said that from Baba Bujha Singh’s fake encounter to Nirankari incident, Saka Nila Tara, fake police encounter of 25 thousand Sikhs, youth rolling in jails and drugs, ruining farmers through suicide, Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji  Badalkas convicted in Behbal Kalan shooting case have given Sikh herbal oil.
 Finally, the Khalra Mission leaders supported the statement made by Subramaniam Swamy to make public the files of the military attack and said that while the files on the attack on the Golden Temple should be made public, there should be an impartial inquiry into the attack.
