How often do you walk or run?
I run a few times a week, usually 3-4 times, and I’m absolutely loving the physical and mental benefits that come with it.
Running helps me clear my mind, boost my mood, and stay energized throughout the day. I find that it’s a great way to challenge myself, push my limits, and achieve a sense of accomplishment.
Plus, it’s a fantastic way to explore new routes and enjoy the outdoors.

I’m not training for any specific event or competition, just enjoying the journey and the sense of freedom that comes with each run.
