How do you relax?
In this busy and multitasking life there were instances when I really got frustrated. In beginning it was very difficult for me to control frustration and anger. I was depressed. Negative emotions were flowing through me. But my counselor said that I should practice self care and should have time for hobbies.

I started the habit of self caring. Further I started practicing my hobbies. It worked, slowly slowly I was able address my frustration and anger issues. Writing is my hobby, I feel very relax when I write. So, I made a mind to come on wordpress.com, it gives me amazing feeling. This is how I relax.
