Overthinking

How are you feeling right now?

Of course it is true . However, sometimes thinking a lot helps to find the truth. Is it too much to think about overthinking?

It is possible.  



“Overthinking is when you dwell on or worry about the same thing repeatedly.

Overthinking can be caused by depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders. It can also contribute to these mental health conditions.

“Strategies that can help stop you from overthinking include mindfulness, deep breathing, and healthy distraction”. 

This means that overthinking is not thinking

a lot.It is a state of mind.  Depressive state of mind.

But perhaps the best thoughts of the creator are born from it. Maybe it’s not so good. So don’t think too much  .

Stop overthinking!
