The Sikh community has always spoken the truth. Although it has been fighting with the rulers of the time for centuries due to oppression, but the nation has never disrespected the religion of any ruler and has never allowed it to happen.
We have always opposed anti-religious or anti-people activities for political motives
In 1992, after the demolition of the Babri Masjid, when bricks were being collected from every state of India for the construction of the Ram Temple in a rath yatra, only Punjab did not participate and the rath yatra was barred from coming to Punjab. Because we oppose demolishing one place of worship and killing hundreds of innocent people and replacing it with another.
Even then the side of the community was clear and opposed to this work and even today the side of the Sikhs is clear, we are confident that the Jathedar and any national Sikh leader in laying the foundation stone of the Ram temple at the place where the Babri Masjid was demolished. We are not against any religion Temples, mosques and gurdwaras are all in Punjab and all religions and places of worship are respected.
