Some time ago, the President of the Philippines, Rodrigo Duterte, visited India and after addressing the Indian Parliament, he started meeting the Indian MPs and asked the Indian MPs what do you do ??  ❓

Indian MPs do not understand what the President of the Philippines wants to know.

Then they changed the question and asked what is your source of income ??

  Most of the MPs said that our income comes from politics, allowances, salaries and pensions are the only source of income …

Rodrigo Duterte was amazed that in such a large number of developing democracies, MPs, ministers, presidents depend only on salaries and allowances and this money is collected from the people through taxes.

He then smiled lightly and told the Indian MPs that he was a farmer by profession and his main source of income was agriculture.  He said he arrives at the farm every day at 5 am and returns at 9 am after completing his field work and prepares for the President’s office and the President of the country performs his duties from 10 am.
